Hurricane are very dangerous storms that include heavy rains, rough winds, and scary waves. Ahhhhhhhhhhh! i9s what you should be thinking! Well don't worry hurricanes only appear on the coastline, so if your in the middle of the country and don't live any where near the ocean, then no hurricanes for you. But if you live on the ocean- ahhhhhhhhhhhh!

one of the most dangerous effects of a hurricane is inland flooding. Their winds go fast, when I say fast I mean FAST. When they get up to 74 miles per hour the hurricaane can nock down buildings and cars. Imagine what will happen with the winds going evenm faster! If you live on the the coastline the best thing to do is to make a hurricane plan before the hurricane even comes. The plan will include your family members and your pets (if any). You will have to discuss with you family on what to do when a hurricane comes  na dsome of it will require some reseaerch. The plan will have a plan if you are going to leave town or stay in town and live through it, how to gte to your family members and what you will do with your pets, where you will stay if you leave town, transportation, etc. Talk you your family and creat a plan.
